And
nevertheless, what there spoke, I still very highly estimate creativity of
group the SHKOLNOE SOLNCE Even their last antinarcotic album.
So, new
record... Some new songs... The student not familiar with earlier creativity
Sledge, never would suspect of this musician not only Rastaman, but also simply
the fan reggae Why? Yes because the desire to make something new, has forced it
not only to change the textual maintenance of the songs, but also their musical
form. I shall tell easier: the reggae-rhythm and reggae-mood as it is
regrettable, have left after the reggae-text. Also what we have in result? War
against drugs for a long time the out-of-date weapon. The sacred war which has
accepted, however, not offensive, but defensive character. Operations which are
conducted, alas, not on "enemy", and in own territory. And present,
as the same antinarcotic texts in an old
ðåããåé-environment wonderfully would
sound. However, strategy of struggle offered by me with drugs not so also is
original. Still Dr. Alban once has acted thus against cocaine. And Peter Tosh ,
it is remembered, sang, if not I am mistaken, something such as " I don't
sniff no cocaine, I don't take no heroin, I don't drink no champagne. "
Album
"Shkolnoe Solnce Protiv Narkotikov", nevertheless, the phenomenon
interesting and noteworthy fans(amateurs) home-tapping. Not having the
slightest desire to climb with recommendations and to impose the point of view,
only in summary I want to join wishes Mayk Hvatov which, reviewing somehow the
solo album Sunjah "Tabaka" (1996), has finished clause the following
words: " With such mood, Sunjah, write songs about Rasta. They at you
turn out much better ".
